  1. I agree with your thoughts 100%, when I volunteered to join the US Army, in 1970, the police action, going on in Vietnam, wasn't the most popular activity, to be joining. I was brought up, to believe, being born In the Greatest Country on Earth, It was an obligation to Serve. An obligation, I gladly took on, but I also believe, the turn out of that War, was the beginning, to the downfall, of respect for this country. The Draft Dodgers, were punishment, no foul...and you and I both know, without discipline, our Military, is useless. When I went thru basic, a corporal sat on the right, of God....and during my 4 years, I saw PFC's tell E-6's where they could shove it...and get by with it. That was in the beginning of the All Volunteer Army, and learn by experience, things changed for the better, i'm 65, and will always believe, this is the Greatest Country, on Earth, fly "OUR" Flag, in my front yard, take my Cap OFF, when they play, The National Anthem..., I will ask anyone to do the same if you are anywhere near me. Our Justice Department, says. it's your "Right" to burn our flag, but don't try it in my yard, I've seen that Flag fly over military posts, on foreign soil, and the people that have given there lives, to protect that freedom, are due that RESPECT. I have never been relieved of the duty, to Protect this Great Country, and It's Constitution, and will with my last breath, if need be
But it , completely goes against the grain, for me to sit back and watch, Our Country, destroy itself from the inside out...because of the weak, lily liver'ed Politicians, that are leading this country to it's downfall....
